Its gentle tone and sincere emotional connect have impressed audiences in both India and internationally. The film debuted globally few months back in the Un Certain Regard section of the 2025 Cannes Film Festival, where it was lauded for its heartfelt approach and sensitive narrative.           The movie was released in Indian cinemas this September and received praise for its emotional depth and the compelling performances delivered by Ishaan Khatter, Janhvi Kapoor, and Vishal Jethwa.           Despite receiving critical acclaim, the film did not achieve much success during its theatrical release. After its run-in cinemas, Homebound released on OTT. 三 | 2026 年 7 月这批学生正式入职，仅入职 1 个月左右（8 月上旬），HR 集中一对一约谈，推出“羞辱式”二选一方案：1.主动离职：当天签“个人原因离职”协议，公司补偿半个月工资；2.拒绝离职：强制调岗至车间一线流水线，做打螺丝、线路插接等普工工作，原定 1 个月产线实习延长至 3 个月，薪资按操作工标准重新核算。查询常州市人民政府官网发现，常州市人力资源和社会保障局今日就上述传闻发布情况通报。据悉，星宇股份共招录 2026 届高校毕业生 440 名，与其中 107 人解除劳动合同，协商过程中方法简单生硬，缺乏充分有效沟通，造成不良影响，对此企业深表歉意，已对人力资源总监作出停职处理。经查，该企业不存在违规享受就业和人才类政府补贴行为。事件发生后，人社部门及时提供一对一就业推荐服务，截至 8 月 25 日，107 人中已有 22 人实现就业，14 人参加其他企业面试，对其余人员人社部门将继续提供就业服务。公开资料显示，常州星宇车灯股份有限公司创立于 1993 年，2007 年 10 月整体变更为股份有限公司，2011 年 2 月在上海证券交易所成功上市。
